He messed up, and he'll regret it.

Personally, I don't think it's a big deal either, but he's got that whole role model thing going on and he majorly screwed the pooch on that.

I might even say what he does is far harder than most Olympians because he spars a lot which puts an even greater beating on his body. The only difference between him and a Phelps is they're training for the Olympics and he's training to try and get into UFC.

Phelps could not do the same workout my friend does, and visa versa. It's like comparing Apples to Oranges, but to say Phelps workout is more intense or harder to do is laughable at best. 5-6 hours every day 5-6 days a week in a gym until you puke is dedication to the highest level period. It doesn't matter if you swim, run, box, train MMA, whatever. Nobody with a brain is going to say otherwise. Sherk was busted for roids but he fought it and won. The lab that tested his piss positive also tested a few other fighters positive and it was discovered their equipment was faulty. Sherk did admit to using an suppliment that they deemed to be illegal. But he NEVER "slammed needles" IKf his conviction wasn't overturned the A.C. wouldn't have lifted his suspension as quick as they did (4 months I believe) If he had actually used Roids he would have remained suspended for 16-20 months.
