Never seen such a thing in vB-based forums.

You can see your previous posts via subscribed threads though, which can be accessed under User CP > Subscriptions.
You can modify how thread subscribtions works (or disable it entirely) under User CP > Edit Options
 
Meh, it's the one thing I hate about vB... the way it handles looking at your own old posts.

I usually go to
Quick Links(at the top)>My Profile>Statistics>Find all Posts
It's annoying, but I just bookmark that link now, so it's no biggie.
 
In other VB based forums I have always found this feature under "Search" where in the list you would find "Show my posts" and "Show my threads" quick links.

An example of this is ubuntuforums.
