mm strawberry rhubarb... yummm.

though i always originally said "i like pudding... especially chocolate" as a nice unsolicited nonsense reply.

Actually, there was one member at one time, that replied to almost every thread with "I like pie." And to be honest, in the context of the threads he was replying to, it was actually quite funny.

Waffles > Pancakes. Discuss.

Oh that's a tough one. Waffles you have the nice crispyness but pancakes can be fluffy deliciousness. I'm going with waffles ~ pancakes.

I've always though that it was a commentary on the absurdity or useless nature of the original post. As such I think it has a place in the vernacular.

yes, that is what it is, although now its a stupid-ass comment that is just as annoying as a smart ass comment most will make to a thread to see themselves post or to increase their post-count.

I've had some 18 year Gelenfidditch and I didn't like it very much. It tasted sorta like fruity vomit. I'll stick to vodka and bud light.

You have to have good scotch for scotch to be good. Try some 12 yr Macallen...or 18 yr if you have the $$

I've grown accustomed enough to various cheap liquors that even Old Smuggler scotch tastes good to me. Chivas Regal is living it up 😛

I can handle the cheap vodka pretty good. I got a liter of Aristocrat I'm working on now. But I always thought Glenfidditch was a fairly good scotch, I think I paid a good for it, 40 euros perhaps?

Yeah pretty much, though there are some good single malts under $30 and a couple for just over $20.
I actually never pay more than $10 for a bottle of wine, preferably around $5. Sure I drink a lot of crappy wine but
1) I get just as drunk
2) The occasional $5 gem make it all worth it.
