I looked in my psu and found a little potentiometer. It's a yellow plastic screw with some blue glue over it.
Since my 12V was 11.73 under load, as measured with a DMM, I decided to raise it up a bit. The pot adjusts the 5V and 12V at the same time and my 5V was already at 5.19. With a very slight clockwise turn of the pot, 5V is now 5.3 and 12V is 12.1.
The adjustment was not really necessary, but it can't hurt and I thought I'd post this in case anyone needed the info.
