my flag arrived :)

this flag was flown at the request of congresman duncan hunter over the capital building at washington dc on october 11th, 2003 (yada yada yada)

this was cause i got eagle scout. (parents paid for a flag to be flown)

so now i got a nice flag. what to do with it?

Your parents had to pay to have it flown? When I got my Eagle, our congressman presented me with the same type flag for free. He also offered (according to his office) to procure a "Capitol flag" for anyone, it was considered a "service to his constituants"


That being said. The flag I got is currently sitting in my parent's cedar chest.

ON topic, how can they give out so many flags that were all flown over the Capitol? Do they run them up & pull them back down, change them every few hours?
