So I was cleaning sh!t up like I normally do and I noticed a large stack o' muffin pans. This stack was about as high as me (5'6") and the stacks are normally only waist high to me. Anyway, I figured I'd better get on that. I lugged the thing over to the pan dryer and the little cart hit a drain. About 2 feet of the stack fell on the top my foot and the cart tipped over. Now I was concerned about the pans that fell over because this was five minutes of my time I did not need to waste. This was about 7 PM this Thursday. 9 PM rolls around and I'm behind as can be on my work. I finally noticed that the pans had actually injured my foot. Nice bruise. So the guy who rotisseries the chickens walks by on his way to log out and I ask him to get a safety inspector for me. The inspector comes on over and I tell him what happened and what I needed to take care of still. I didn't think I needed to go to the doctor's so he just said to finish up the jobs I was doing then and log out. So I go and log out and then fill out a first aid form. If I do need to go to the doctor later though I need to let my work know. The next time I work is Saturday so I have to go see the head honcho administrator guy and let him know what's up. My foot is currnetly soaking in tepid water (was warm) and epsom salt.
Cliff's Notes:
-Cleaning bakery
-Pans fall on foot
-Behind in work
-Finally notice pain
-Log out late
-Fill out first aid form
-Go home soak foot in epsom salt
