@faxon: I don't think it's a matter of what they said about his reservoirs, but a matter of how he himself handled the issue with the defective ones. Also, you cannot deny that the paint job on the ones in that thread is messed up.
I get that he's just a kid, but he's charging real money (quite a bit) for the reservoirs so if he puts out a messed up product he needs to take care of his customers instead of making up excuses and avoiding them. Every manufacturer has errors on occasion, but the differentiating factor between a good manufacturer and a bad one is how they handle the situation.
...anyway, the intention was not to derail bleucharm28's build thread. He spent a lot of time, effort, and money on his rig so I don't really want to disrespect that by delving too deep into Frozen Q here. Perhaps you might want to offer your experiences on RRTech.
