I already have Windows XP Pro.

Subtotal: $ 356.45

I think it's pretty good but what do you think?

Oh, and how far can I OC it do you think?

i think ur build is ok if u dont overclock, but since u seem like you want to overclock, i really suggest a better cpu. in fact, u should ditch the case and psu and get a good $60 antec case that comes wtih a 350W psu. it will be stronger and quieter then wut you chose. everything else seems ok as i pretty much know this is not a gaming rig with your video card. the ram is good. as for the oc, no one can really tell you wut you'll get but u may be able to hit 2.2ghz, which is 3200+. to do that, just raise the fsb to 200, but many barton's are now locked and changed, so ocing it can be relatively frustrating since many people are having trouble getting the fsb at 400Mhz.

Looks good for an MSOffice/web surfing machine. You're not going to play any modern games with it, but with a video card upgrade you'll be set for about anything that's out there today. Another $100 for an ATi 9600 Pro or nVidia equivalent will turn it into a nice mid-range gaming machine.
You may want to go over to the Hot Deals forum and see if you can find a deal on a hard drive. Last week Fry's had a 160 GB for $80 after rebate (or was it a 120 for $60).
Anyway, $.50/GB or less is the going price for a good HD deal.

yeah i know i wont be able to play any really good games on it but once I save enough money, I'm going to buy a better video card later. Actually, there are a few stuff I'll need to upgrade, like the monitor too, I don't like the monitor. As for OC, I'm still wondering if I should OC or not, I'm new to OCing.

Looks like a not bad budget system flyingsock. But why two PSUs?

Dynapower doesn't make good PSUs, Enlight makes good cheap PSUs. If I don't get a good PSU, I'll put my whole computer in danger. ("KABOOM!")

well, rule of thumb. if you dont know how to oc, then u shouldnt oc. if this is your first build, dont oc until you are an expert at building comps first and understand wut leads to a good oc. also, you'll need to know how to repair comps and troubleshoot before you should ever oc.

ok, I'm not planning to OC too much or at all, because I don't even know how.

So I shouldn't OC at all? leave it at 2500?

EDIT: 2500 isn't too bad right? if I don't OC?

Ocing is SO easy.

step 1: go into bios and change FSB to 200

step 2: oh wait...there is no step 2. your done.

as i forgot to mention, this cpu is like the easiest cpu to oc ever, but there are cases where you will still get instability. like nick said, change the fsb to 200 and it should be fine. if not, then you'll just have to bring the fsb lower then 200 and find out whats stable, but if u find a problem, post back and i'll help.

If you don't have gaming on the agenda, it's fantastic PC for the money.

For internet:
1. Install XP.
2. Install all drivers from CD. I've been using the CD's drivers for my AN35N-Ultra, get fine benchmark scores, and it has been rock stable.
3. Plug cable from router into RJ45 on the motherboard's I/O panel.
4. Wait about 15 seconds to be sure.
5. Have fun on the 'net.
