I was infected with malware and ran Malwarebytes to clean it up, and it did. Malwarebytes made me reboot and when my pc loaded up it had meto log me in with a temp profile. My pc is working great but I do not have access to everything I once did. I tried logging off and back in to my account with no luck.

I think it might be helpful to have more details regarding the "no luck" statement.

Oh, I see. I thought your account still existed but you couldn't access it.

I'm sorry, but I have no answer for you. I just saw the post and thought someone else might need clarification. I've run mbam on a whole slew of systems with no issues at all.

I wonder if it might be helpful to post the log file so that someone wiser might be able to tell what happened?

I have not seen anything like this on windows 7. But, I know in terminal services, if part of the profile is missing, the whole profile fails to load with a message that it is loading a temporary profile. It sounds like that might be the case here, where either the malware or the fix malwarebytes performed corrupted your profile..

My best suggestion would be to create a new admin profile, use that profile to get as many of your personal files as possible out of your corrupted profile, then delete the profile completely. I do this manually, but the windows 7 account tools might be the best suggestion, and then try manually if that does not work. But, remember the most important first step is to back up the information first.
