I cannot raise the voltages any further as my display turns into rainbow colors as I boot up. I use 2 softwares to monitor the temps and power supply. All the readings are below set voltages. I have antec smart power 300W now. I have ordered the fortron 530W which I should get this week.

Any suggestions or comments on the configuration so far?....Thanks in advance...

Looks pretty good to me. If you think you've found the max clockrate for your cpu (I'd double check once you get the new power supply), try dropping the multiplier to 10x and upping htt to 250-260. You'll get the same cpu freq and much higher bandwidth. Your memory should tolerate 2.8 vdimm and keep pretty tight timings even at 250-260 (check anand's memory review for guidlines).
