Can anywhone tell me how to get 2.0 - 2.5Ghz from my barton 2500+. My system is: AMD ATHLON 2500+ BARTON ASUS A7N8X-X 512MB DDR333/PC2700 ATI RADEON 9200

if it's not a mobile, you have no luck at getting it at even 2.4ghz, especially wtih your memory. if you want it at 2.2ghz, just simply raise the fsb to 200mhz (400).

I set in bios system perfomance to User Defined and fsb goes up to 300mhz, but when I set fsb on 200 windows wont startup. What about sdram cas latency, it works only on 2.5T and how much voltage the CPU needs?

set your RAM to SPD.... to see what the default values are and then run Memtest86 at those timings to check the RAM... read the article stickied at the top of the CPU page to get an idea of how to manipulate RAM
Set your RAM to 166 and boot..... and then run Prime95 to see if your components are stable at stock speeds
Slowly raise your FSB until Prime is no longer stable.... you may have to raise the VDimm to regain stability.... check the manufacturer's website for safe values but usually anywhere between 2.7 and 3 is usually safe
If your chip is locked (made after week 39 or 2003) than it is stuck at an 11 multi.... after you reach the hghest stable speed of your RAM plug that in and check it in Windows... if it boots runs Prime if prime craps it's pants, raise the VCore slightly....

Ihope all that was helpful.... as of right now I see you being RAM limited. If you want the best OC out of your system, you will need a better heatsink, and better RAM
