Finally got my first self-built system up and running Wed (system specs in sig). Last night i finally got it rock solid at 11.5x205 2-3-3-6. Did the Vdd mod (boy was that unnerving, and im pretty good with a soldering iron), added a zalman hs to the nb, and put the stock hs on the southbridge. Vcore = 1.85 Vdmm = 1.77 Vdd = 1.76.
Right now i don't have my ati radeon 9700pro yet, so im using an old tnt2 pci vid card (32mb) for video. Could this be holding my oc back at all?
My other problem i have is that when i goto shutdown windows, or put it into standby, the computer reboots. I'm pretty sure windows completes shutdown properly it just restarts the system instead of powering it completely down. Anyone seen this problem before or know whats wrong and how to fix it?
