I was wondering where to get new motherboard drivers. The drivers on the Abit web site are from around June. Does Intel offer newer drivers. Should i stick with the Abit drivers or use newer (if there are any) Intel drivers?? Does anyone have a like to Intels MB drivers. I know when I have a Via motherboard I was always installing the 4 in 1's and never using the drivers provided by whoever made my AMD board. Will Intel provide updated drivers for the on board sound also?? Thanks

Which OS are you using? Looking at WinXP drivers...

The audio driver on Intel's site is newer: 5.12.1.3713 vs. 3.45 on Abit's site (these are the only audio drivers listed)
The Intel INF driver on Intel's site is older: 5.00.1012 vs. 5.00.1015 on Abit's site

Do not use the Intel audio driver it is not for this board since it has a 6ch Realtek audio chip

As far as the INF driver, it it usually more up to date if you get it from Intel's site. The latest one is 5.0.2.1003 dated 8/27/03 so it alot newer than the one on Abit's site dated 5/28/03.
