My first gambling experience....

I went to an 18+ casino today with $300. I always go into things like this intending to lose. After an hour or so, I was down 200 bucks. Right before I decided to quit, I put in another 20 bucks and hit for $1200! From then on it was all uphill and I ended up leaving with all my money plus 2 grand. I now love slot machines =)

Your friend is lying to you. I know how they work (it's no big secret - random number generators and predefined payout rates) and no matter HOW much you know about them, you can't beat them in the long run.
