I got a 3 month membership to powerhouse, i've stopped drinking pop, stopped eating junk food, and stopped biting me nails, all in the same day. I'm kinda getting tired of drinking all this water (i drink a lot), but it's better than all the pop i've been drinking. Going to check out powerhouse later on today so i can make an everyday schedule.

I don't plan on losing much weight, if any. I'm 6'0" and weigh 165 lbs, and i think i'm at a healthy weight for my height. I'm going to try and bulk up while i can and hopefully start a new diet.

i've stopped cold turkey. Had my last glass of Pepsi and handful of reduced fat cheeze-its last night around 11pm.

That is an excellent move.

Link for you

I would be VERY interested in seeing a graph of obesity rates + drink sizes in convenience stores. I see people walking around with 64 oz cups full of sugar & can't help but cringe.

bodybuilding.com the forums there are a good source if you are really serious about bulking up. I went from 172 to 203 in 5 months and lost a little fat on the way. I'm 6'3 btw.

Also, working out everyday won't bulk you up unless your on sterroids. Most people go 3x a week and only work each body part once a week.

Congratulations. Getting the sugar out of your body will give you lots of "good" and consistant energy. Sugar is bad for you. The water will do wonders for flushing all of the toxins out of your body.
