My first Compaq Ipaq complaint

I have loved this pocket pc since I got it but I now have a major bitch! I got the PocketNES emulator and a bunch of roms but I cant play them! Oh....they start just fine but the control pad sucks! You cant run/jump and shoot at the same time! How can you play games when you cant use two (any two) buttons at the same time?

I never really thought of my ipaq as something that I would play action games with. I downloaded a bunch of the roms for mine, but gave up on ones like metroid and super mario brothers. I just play strategy games and rpgs where you don't need to have quick reactions all the time. Also if you are using the same NES emulator that I am, it has a gamepad on the screen, I actually use that with my fingers. It has the crosspad and ab on the screen and they are big enough to use fairly well with your hands, just dont treat it like you treat a regular nintendo controller. Damn, I told myself when i bought the fricking thing that I wouldn't put games on it. Oh well.

Sure you can. Just use the on-screen 4-way controller on the left for direction, and the hardware buttons for jump/fire. It works great for me.

LOL, we've got some serious problems here- you should take it up with MS or Compaq.
