My first build up and running... now what?

After long hours spent on the foum and with (a lot) of help from you guys here on AT I finally finished my first build. Now it's up and working, and I am trying to understand what should I do...
I updated the video card drivers, and run windows update... what else?
Should I update the MB bios? My opteron 170 has been correctly recognized...

Any standard manteinance work to be done before installing all the stuff?
