My FIRST Build Reviews and Feedback wanted

For the past year I have been lurking around the boards, trying to learn as much as I can to get ready for my first build. My current PC is an old P3 800mhz Dell Dimension 4100, so I am more than ready to get into a new machine. I have already ordered all of these parts, and wanted some reviews of how I did. Any glaring mistakes or compatibility issues? All these were chosen based on feedback here, as well as tons of reviews from around the web, and sites recommended by people on these boards. Some of you will HATE a few of these choices, but I am really excited about them all. My budget was $1,300 and these parts (with shipping) clocked in at $1,252.43. I think this build will really rock for the money put into it, have good OC potential, be the foundation for a solid performer for a couple of years, and look really nice as well...

Don't skimp on your power supply as it has the potential to take out everything attached to it. I've also read that the 20-24pin converter isn't recommended by several mb makers. I tried on with my sons antec tp550w ps and it didn't make a difference. I did however replace that ps with an enermax noisetaker 485w atx2 compliant unit that already has the 24 pin connector on it.
