Hi Guys,

This is my first ever PC build. I wanted this for development work (i.e. .NET/ASP, CAD related - AutoCAD 2015) and gaming. I do not consider myself a hardcore gamer and expect 60fps @1080p resolution on 24' Monitor.

Here is my proposed build, please suggest improvements and tell me if i will encounter any problems in the build.

Ok. I think i should go for the unlocked version. But seems like waste because i cannot overclock it. Although im getting 4 Ghz via Hyperthreading right ?
The "k" version is clocked at 4Ghz and can turbo up to 4.4Ghz the non "k" version is clocked at 3.6Ghz and can turbo up to 4Ghz.

Essentially the "k" version is 400Mhz faster which is roughly 10% faster then the non "k".

 Being able to pay 6% more for 11% performance is a good deal, and is very rare once you look at higher-end chips. The overclocking capabilities of the K are just gravy.
