Funny, I guess.

My wife knows how to use a computer, but couldn't build one. She's a nurse, and she knows things about medicine I don't wanna know.

You wanna know what "fully-cathed" means in medicine? Trust me, you don't! :Q

it means theres a tube in your pee pee hole.

...and that doesn't bother you? Just the thought makes me cringe!

The thought? Have you ever had it DONE? I have. Yes, it hurts when they put it in. But trust me; the worst part is trying to urinate for the next 48 hours or so after they take it out. The pain is so bad that you will PURPOSELY dehydrate yourself just so you won't pee.

At the hospital where my wife works as an RN, she told me she makes patients pee within 6 hours of having the tube removed or she sticks it back in! :Q

Geez, my wife is cruel. No wonder I always treat her right, who knows what horrible vengence she might visit upon me in my sleep!

*puts on stupid grammar police hat*

Actually, "fully cathed" means nothing. "Fully-cathetered", however, is something that I don't need to experience to know that it's painful.

ZV <--Knows that "cath" is shortened from "catheter". I'm just bored and wanted to post.

You any good at spelling? Maybe you can tell me how to spell "Colonstomy Bag"? You know what that is, right? :)

Oh for the love of God! Why'd you have to get it done? Please tell me you didn't do it for a "routine" check up.

Isn't there a check up where they stick a cotton swab up your "pee pee hole"? /shudders

I don't ever want to suffer that :Q:disgust::eek:
