my favorites in internet explorer are on personalized menus, how do i change it?

open IE, then go to "tools" then "internet options"
select the tab all the way to the right named "Advanced"
Under the browsing field there is a check box for "use personalized favorites" uncheck it and you should be all set! 🙂
