My father passed away this morning

I just found out about an hour ago.

He was sleeping when he died. They believe it was heart failure.

I now have lots of paper work and family stuff to deal with. I will be leaving soon to go collect his stuff at the nursing home.

Then I will be at the funeral home talking with the remaining family.

my day has started off full of fail. (I am doing my best to keep in good spirits)

Sucks man. I found my mom 3 years ago and 1 week to the day in her bed. My dad tried to get her up for dinner. heart failure as well. She was 54.

Sorry to hear that. My father passed last October, 5 days after his 71st birthday, also in his sleep.

thanks everyone for your support.

I am feeling overwhelmed by all the little things that need to be done.

I am also taking some time off of work.

My biggest fear is falling into a depression because I have clinical depression.
