and I know that you guys could provide some great advice. He will be in Jeonju (or Chonju) for about a week or so. He will be working part of the time, but may have a decent amount of free time. Basically I'd like to hear anything that those of you who have travelled and/or lived in South Korea might be able to tell me such as "What types of food should he check out?"
"Any places he should try to see?"

No kidding, that is exactly what I would do. The thing is, he sort of doesn't want to go. I'd personally love to though...
