Discussion My fastest ram settings 128GB

I recently upgraded from a 2700x + x370 motherboard to a 5950x + x570.
I kept my same memory and noticed I could increase the speed from 3400 to 3733, voltages needed for stability also became lower.

Here are my final settings after extensive testing of each one:

Any thoughts ?
tRCD and tRFC can't be made lower, voltages seem to have zero effect on them.
I can lower tCL to 16 but it requires increasing the voltage a lot.(1.38v -> 1.45v).
3800 might be possible, but it seems to want 1.45v or more.
Also worth noting is that I had to increase tRDWR from 10 to 11 in order to get 3733 stable.

I'm pretty happy with this and hope my results can help someone.

What VSoC are you using for all that RAM at high frequency? Could bumping that help you get stable at 3800MHz and maybe above?

1.106v
I tested all the voltages for stability then uppsed them 1 increment or 5mv to be sure.
Sorry the website was down because I was rebooting to test different CPU settings to run that geekbench.

Is it safe to overclock ECC ram? Is it actually working in ECC mode?

Yes, they have the same chips as non ecc ram, just 1 extra.
Ecc works and lets me know if an overclock/setting is unstable. I test till no ecc errors happen, even tho unstable settings could pass memtest and are corrected.
Ecc is great, like an early warning and safety net.
Also I put some copper ramsinks on my dimms.
