My fan setup

I have the Lian-Li V1000 with a top 120mm blowhole cut into it, but I don't know how to set up my fans. The fans I have are: 2x AddA 120mm fans (61cfm, 38dba, will be replaced asap 😀isgust😉 and 1x Panaflo M1 fan (85cfm, 35dba, but only fits the back fanhole), what should my fan setup be? Blowholes are front, top, back, case is BTX form factor. Currently I have an AddA in the front as intake, an AddA on top as intake (I know I shouldn't have a top fan on intake but my total intake is way too weak), and the Panaflo on back as exhaust. I also have an Enermax PSU on the bottom of the case with an 80mm fan, but that's sucking its own air in from passive holes on the bottom of the case so I don't think that serves as exhaust.

Thanks!

hmmm....I am surprised you cut a blow-hole already.
Really looking at the case design, I think you should use the stock config for the front (intake) and back (exhaust). As to your top fan you might try it both ways. Exhaust would probably give better results, but the perforated case design makes your case a different animal. Air will intake and exhaust through the perforations. Don't worry about positive/negative case pressure. You will have neither because of this freeflow design. I would probably reduce the voltages to your fans also (especially the front intake) for noise considerations.

front intake
back exaust
top exaust

that rear exaust fan is a 120mm also correct?

you really didnt need that blowhole, but if you OC itll help

Yeah I figured it didn't matter too much. I'll try it both ways, if it doesn't run too hot I'll probably set the top fan on intake to reduce noise, otherwise I'll set it on exhaust.

The also put the hole in a really weird position, right above the PCI slots so it's blowing down on the sound card 😛. Actually come to think of it, I'll put it on exhaust since it probably won't do anything on intake.

PS - I didn't cut the hole, the venders did.
