My fan hurts!

My month old 9800pro sometimes makes a horrible noise when I cold boot .

It sort of groans for about 2 mins and slowly comes back to normal noise.

Also, when it does this, the fan runs noticabley slower (You can almost read the sticker)!

Should I RMA?

WD40 maybe? RMA wouldn't be a bad idea, sounds like it's one of the ones that is close to melting off, which seems like a semi frequent occurance.
