My eye won't quit twitching

Well, if it's an eyelid twitching, it's just a muscle spasm. I'm not sure how to treat those, but I'm sure it has to do with diet and exercise. As far as the actual eye itself twitching, I sometimes get those too. Like you're reading the screen or some papers or something and your eye instantly darts off to some other part of the screen/paper/whatever and you kinda forget for a second what's going on. That's just unnecessary strain on the eye. That's a symptom of potential long-term damage if it continues. It's typically a result of reading too long or squinting too hard or something similar. If you catch it early, it should go away pretty quickly but you've got to get away from what you're doing and do things that don't involve focusing on something too close to your eye. Maybe go play some basketball or jog around the block or something. Maybe a quick nap? 🙂
