My experiance with BB customer support

[Gagabiji]

CSR ---"Hello this is Katy how may I help you?"

Me ---"Hey, what's the cheapest video card you guys stock? I'm in a fix and I need one quick."

Katy ---"Ok, let me get the computer department for you"

backgroung music ---"wait 5 minutes"

someone picks up phone ---"Hello this is Katy how may I help you?"

Me ---"Uuuuuuuuuuh, is this the computer department?"

Katy ---"Oh your still waiting?" <----promptly puts me back on hold

wait...wait...wait...

phone gets picked up "are you still waiting?"

Me ---"Yeeeeeeeah." <----back on hold AGAIN

waits 5 more minutes

*click* <----AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH NO!11!!!! I waited almost 20 minutes and you hang up on me!

Me calls again

Katy ---"Hello this is Katy how may I help you?"

Me ---"Um, it's me again, I was cut off."

Katy ---"Oh ok, so did you find everything ok?"

Me ---"Um...*tries to think of what to say to this* not quite, no."

Katy ---"Ok, let me see if I can help you. What was it you were looking for?"

Me ---"I was going to ask what the price was on the cheapest video card you stocked."

Katy ---"*Talks to someone in the background* OK the cheapest video card is $80."

Me ---"Ok, thanks for the help!" <---goes to ATOT to post this

Cliff notes
1. Gets put on hold for 20 minutes
2. Gets hung up on after waiting for 20 minutes
3. CSR asks me if I found everything ok after I was hung up on

whaa? Go online and find the cheapest video card, call them if they have it in stock or the online feature should say if it was in stock at the local best buy.
