not for another 3-4 weeks. No one is worried about pregnancy. She's just worried that the hormone swing is bad for her body and that her period will be unpredictable for a little while

Birth Control is supposed to prevent pregnancy, taking it otherwise is risky. So taking it for clearer skin or to control TOM is not really recommended.
