For some reason my Epox 8RDA+ MB died after the first day of OCing it, pushing XP 1700 and DDR2100 to 166fsb. People have been having so much luck with the board so I thought this should be no sweat, especially since I am using OCZ memory. So I had to go back to my lowly ABIT KR7A, and I sent my board back to MWAVE for a replacement board, and the ETA of the new Epox boards are on 30th......THE 30th!!!!!! So I had to get a refund, and now since I am angered, and other people have been having similar problems Nforcershq I think I will have to go for the over priced and over hyped ASUS Nforce2 board, but of course when prices start to hover around reasonable. I guess I will have to wait until 2003, unless anybody has any other ideas???

That is usually caused by excessive smilie usage when posting on forums. You should try cutting back a bit.

;)

Seriously though, it makes the forums slower for you and everyone else, when you put huge strings of smilies in your posts... can you go on a smilie diet? Muchos gracias :D

edit: and BTW, the OCZ memory has been the cause of problems for several people I've helped. I would buy Kingston, Crucial or Corsair.

Same here. Dump the OCZ.

I'd go Crucial or Corsair, but I got some "generic" Samsung memory and it works great with mine.

They had problems with Kingston at first, but the new BIOS is supposed to have fixed that.

I beg to differ on the OCZ, their recent products are nothing short of magnificent. Sure their history is not the best, but they've really turned it around and have been making some really good stuff over the past 8 months. Their support is really great, too. I have nothing but good things to say about OCZ.
