My e6600 requires a lot of voltage :(

Im trying to get 3.4ghz stable (benching atm) but I need to put the vcore at 1.525 in the bios and its reading 1.44-1.46v in cpu-z and the same for everest under load. my temps dont go over 54(coretemp) but those voltage seems to be a bit high. I'm using a p35-ds3r with F5b beta bios. Upping the FSB / vnb voltages didnt seems to bring more stability since going from 8x426 to 9x378 didn't change a thing. I'm running out of idea. Is my chip simply power hungry? :(

3.4-3.5 is about the average for most of the current E6600s. I have one that will do 3.46ghz and not 10hz more. I'm using a BadAx2 mobo, water cooling, BIOS vcore is 1.45. It just won't do more.

Well it probably won't interest alot of ppl but anyways I decided to back the core down to 3.2ghz (1.36v read stable) even 3.3ghz is not stable at ~1.45v read :/
