i have a duron 700 on a KT7-RAID MoBO and a fop38 fan
i finally unlocked it with conductive paint(don't even try the pencil it doesn't work)
it will run fine at 950Mhz(9.5*100)@1.75V
the temps where fine at full load it wouldn't go above 37C
so i though jack it up to 1Ghz so i did 10*100@1.825V
and it posted GREAT i thought then it started to load windows GREAT then windows loaded EVEN BETTER but when i started to load programms and do stuff it was slower than when it was at 950Mhz.
i loaded the task manager and is was saying that the cpu was at 100% load even tho no programms where running so i waited a bit and it still was at 100% load VERY WIERD
so i declocked back to 950Mhz and it runns fine the cpu isn't under ne load after it has loaded
has any one else had this problem and does any one know what causes it and hao to fix it
