My dryer broke, help!

My dryer drum isn't turning no more. I'm guessing it's probably the belt that broke. How easy is it to change it? Im by no means an expert mechanically, but i'm no idiot either.

On a side note, it's about 98 degrees outside right now in Vancouver, WA - and luckily i have some wooden drying racks to hang the towels up on to dry without using electricity! They don't take long to dry at all in this heat.

Go to the nearest appliance parts store with the make and model numbers of your machine. They can sell you a repair manual or order one. They'll also sell you the part(s) you need and give advice if they aren't too busy.

Nice site there, Moose!

its a piece of cake to replace, all it is is a big belt that goes around the tiny motor spindle around a spring mounted pulley and then around the actual dryer drum. Should take about 10 minutes tops to replace, after removing the screws to get to it.
