Well, after we had nearly two feet of snow dump on us here in New Jersey, I started shoveling. But my dog started playing. He loves the snow. He created a track around my backyard and just runs and runs and runs around it. Then he'll hop through the deep parts in the middle. Thought I'd share a few pics.

Feel free to post pics of your own pet in the snow (or otherwise) :)

I wish I had scanned pictures of my old dog playing in the snow when we lived in Alaska. She loved to jump around in deep parts and get covered in it.

My dog just stands there, shivers and stares at us like it's our fault if its ever below 40 outside.

Creepy. I have the exact same fence style in my backyard, about as much snow, and my dog also likes to make dog snow angels =p

That's hilarious. We have a swiss shepard and he's the same way. While we were shoveling he was playing in the snow and rolling around in it. Cute dogs.

Lost both dogs in the same year? ouch =(

Yup, our golden died of cancer and our lab literally gave up living almost 2 mos after. She stopped eating, drinking everything. She had never been w/out him and apparently didn't want to go on w/out him.

Aww man that's sad. Must have been hard for you. I have a st. bernard who is turning 6 soon and they don't live much past 8 or 9 usually. I don't know what I'll do when that time comes :(
