My dog has ear mites

What's the best over the counter medicine for my lil puppy?

The Hartz from Walmart seems to not work at all. Suggestions would help

Can't remember the name but make sure it has .15%+ pyrethrins. Some are a complete joke at .06%.

Ivermectin , you can get it at farm supply stores and is not a pesticide like other treatments.
