My Documents redirect to MAC OS 10 server

I can't get the GPO My Docs redirect to a MAC server. The h drive will map, but When I click on it, I get access denied. I am not a MAC person, so I don't know where else to turn. I can browse to the folders via start-run-\\bigmac and double click users, and their respective folders, so I don't know why this isn't working. We are running Citrix and trying to get all the user docs and home folders setup on the mac. No tape drive on the Citrix box. I'm wondering which credentials the Citrix box is sending to the MAC when the My Docs redirect is running? Is it the user login that's using Citrix, or the account logged into the console? I'm assuming the account that's using Citrix.

Need help.
