My Documents On A Cloud

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but figured someone could point me in the direction.

My dad is trying to migrate a lot of his church's IT system parts (which he built) to cloud options. He asked me if I knew of software that would emulate the My Documents folder on a user's storage but actually be a cloud based folder. Basically, something similar to My Dropbox but it's appearance and cloud functionality be transparent to the user. He had some servers crash earlier this year that caused a lot of headache around their office so he is looking for different methods to back data up.

Is there any software/service out there that replaces the My Documents localized storage to a cloud based storage that remains transparent to the end user?

So if a user saves a file to their My Documents folder, it will actually be stored on a cloud server. I'm pretty sure my dad just want to eliminate the backup step and have the file saved on the cloud in the first place rather than backed up later.

Thanks in advance!

You already said it. Dropbox. Install the desktop client and choose 'My Documents' as the sync folder. Everything that's placed there will then backup to the cloud.

Minus is a better service so you could try that as well. (10GB free storage instead of 2GB with 1GB bonus per referral up to a limit of 50GB. Apps for every platform, same as Dropbox. Ability to preview all your stored files from within the web page, including a built in music player for your media files etc).
