OT, is that a male cat? Calicos are females unless I'm misjudging the breed. Weight looks fine as well.

anubis, what are the actual requirements for omnimic as far as pc hardware goes? i saw on the website it said it works with xp, vista, and win7, but hardware wise it doesn't say anything. you don't need much right?

my brother has a really old laptop that i don't think he even uses anymore that he would probably let me use for a while if i got it to help me calibrate it. i'm debating getting it if it will work on old laptop hardware.
 
For some reason I cannot find mic software anywhere, the minidsp 2x4 requires at least xp pro sp2. So I would assume the mic has the same requirements

it worked on my dell from 2001 running XP so im pretty sure itll work on anything

when you plug the mic in via USB it just auto recognize it and you are good to go

first go with the miniDSP - still a ton of room to do stuff with the minis settings but thats not so bad for having no idea what im doing with this thing
