Braised lamb shanks paired with a nice red zinfandel. As an added bonus, I'm sitting on the couch neffing and having beer while Mrs Fausto cooks.

Go me. :D

Homemade chicken stir-fry with homemade fried rice and egg rolls. :)

Nothing like Americanized Chinese! ;)

Grilled Tilapia with butter lemon pepper seasoning with white rice. Decent dinner IMO.

I just had deer roast after 4 hours of prep and cooking along with St Bernard Ale from Belgium and some Young's Oatmeal stout.

I'm quite satisfied.

:)

Marinated pork tenderloin, garlic mashed taters, grilled asparagus, a Merlot with dinner, then home made apple crisp with Ben and Jerrys Vanilla ice cream and a late harvest Riesling.

Doesn't beat my dinner from a couple of nights ago.

Had the oven roasted King Salmon and some creme broulee (sp?) at the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego.

My meal cost 32 bucks, but I had a bite of some 85 dollar filet mignon

BBQ'ed ribs, baked potato, fresh steamed green beans and Michelob Light.

And I would never trust a woman (let alone mine) to bbq ribs for me ;) :p.

Btw, I'm digesting now....zzzzzzzz
