I'm stoked when I don't spend cash on dinner.

wtf is this baked chicken cubed?

Baked by the gf last night - evoo, garlic, pepper, lemon, and cilantro. She did good.

And by cubed I meant cut into pieces, not chicken^3. ;)

yes, GF cooking is pretty awesome. the wifey made some chicken parm a few nights ago, excellent. She's gonna figure out a way to take out the "fry in pan" part of the recipe to make it a bit healthier for me.

Huge spinach salad with grilled yellowtail tuna, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers & topped with olive oil, basalmic vinegar, soy sauce & toasted almonds.

Cherry pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert. :D

I made some chicken with a little bit of salt, pepper, and thyme. Then I made some penne with broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, and salt, pepper, and thyme. It turned out well and sounds better than your dinner. Sorry.

Half a rotisserie chicken
2 hard boiled eggs
3 slices colby jack cheese

However I've since snacked on a few pieces of bacon, a few more slices of cheese, and a kielbasa sausage.

I had an ostrich burger with steamed broccoli and marinara sauce. I thought the ostrich was good ...
