Baked by the gf last night - evoo, garlic, pepper, lemon, and cilantro. She did good.

And by cubed I meant cut into pieces, not chicken^3.

yes, GF cooking is pretty awesome. the wifey made some chicken parm a few nights ago, excellent. She's gonna figure out a way to take out the "fry in pan" part of the recipe to make it a bit healthier for me.

i got a job at a chinese restaurant yesterday and they invited me to their new year party/diner thing and there was literally a 30' table full of various authentic chinese dishes.

I made some chicken with a little bit of salt, pepper, and thyme. Then I made some penne with broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, and salt, pepper, and thyme. It turned out well and sounds better than your dinner. Sorry.
