Baked it about 2 hours before picture was taken. It's basically a ciabatta.i had leftover chicken strips we made. while they were good that looks 100000x's better.

Meat looks good, Howard. I like to take mine off at 130 and let is coast to 140 but that's just personal preference. I'd eat that entire roast as is!![]()
