Not for beetus. You arent supposed to spike your blood sugar even if you plan to burn off the calories later.
Not only cant I have about 3/4 of the stuff in an average grocery store, but even healthy food needs to be carefully measured and I still have to workout just for the sake of not raising blood sugar, on top of the exercise needed to improve cardiovascular and lose the big fat gut which ALL BY ITSELF, screws with my insulin production.
Its a bitch. Made even worse by the food industry making new forms of Food Crack every time I go into the store.
