Made Lemon Meringue Pie today from the latest issue of Fine Cooking magazine. I need to work on my technique as it doesn't look quite as good as the one in the mag but it tastes like a slice of heaven!

I generally dislike custard pies and adding meringue makes them at least an order of magnitude worse. I'll stick to my chocolate fudge brownie ice cream.
