My Dell i9300 just arrived...

I just set it up and i have most everything installed now. Wow great system. It seems to be plenty durable for my purposes by the way. The screen is great and everything is great basically. I would reccomend it to anyone. The keyboard takes a little bit of getting used to, which i am sure is pretty common to most lappys. I will field any specific questions anyone has. Thanks.

If it's anything like my i9100, it will seem wonderful for the first three months, and then it will be downhill from then on. I've had my motherboard die three seperate times, had my LCD replaced, and had both my battery AND power supply replaced. (The battery might need to be replaced again, too.)
Better hope you got an extended warranty!

I've had my 9200 for almost a year, and it's a great laptop.
No complaints.
I use mine everyday as my main system.

Are you rough on your laptops or what!? I have had a 8000, 8200, and a 600m, which have never needed any replacing or fixing of any kind...I am very gentle with my hardware, but that sounds like you got a lemon. 😕

Nothing like i9100.
i9100 was a power hungry P4 Furnace.
i9300 is a power saving P-M Ice Maker.
Heat and poor cooling are leading causes of failures.

Didn't you have a military discount or something? Theres no way you did that with a coupon... The last time they had a big coupon for XPS m170 was over a month ago cause i checked. If i could have gotten a military discount i would have trust me. But i'm not in the military so that takes care of that and 9300 will do plenty of hc gaming for a year or 2 and then it will do casual gaming. Thats fine. I can upgrade the card or get a new lappy then.
