My Dell C400 won't turn on anymore after a BIOS update :(

Hello,

I came here too see if I have any hope, but my preliminary search shows that there may not be any Basically, I downloaded the A12 BIOS upgrade for my C400 and I ran it. Now, I've done dozens of BIOS upgrades, at least 10 for different Dell's, but for some reason this just failed. It said it was going to reboot, and then it never turned on again. I've tried pushing all manner of keys, but nothing, except for one random few seconds all the led's flashed green, and then it died again. That's it

What can I do? Can anyone provide me with links that will help me in any way, shape, or form? I leave for Rome in less than one week. This was my much needed laptop
 
I am no expert, but try and find out if there is a way to flash back to older BIOS

It is kind of difficult if the computer won't start.......unless you cn take the chip out of the motherboard and program it outside the board......

RMA the laptop if you can........

BIOS has spat the dummy and died!!
