My dad's Windows XP has a little setting that is unenjoyable...

On the title bar, the text is small and the minimize/maximize/close buttons are all small. There must be a little setting to make these normal-sized somewhere, but I can't find it anywhere. Can you help me/my dad? Thanks.
 
Go to Control Panel > Display > Appearance tab. Now click the Advanced button and doodle with the settings. Pick Caption bar and raise/lower its numerical value and you'll see the end effect in the representative pic above it, for example.
