That's not it. It ran at 275x9, and suddenly nTune said it was running at 260x10. But I believe that's impossible, since it's a 3000+.

Did that, they just show it normally. It occurs rarily. But when it does, CPU-Z shows the same thing. I updated the BIOS, too. Still the same stuff.

Yes. Why? Works fine when it's enabled, but hey, we're overclocking, so Cool 'n Quiet is only a nuisance here.

Exactly. CnQ backs off the vcore and speed when the CPU is idling...BAD for overclocking. If you did disable it, I bet it's some nTune issue.
