My dad's new rig

So far, I've been able to get my dad's CPU Prime stable at 275x9, with a 140 divider, putting the memory at 206 MHz. Anything further than that (for example, 276x9) fails immediately in Prime. My HT multi is at 2, and when I tried for the max FSB, I got 312 with the memory at the 100 devider. Now, the board is the MSI K8N Neo4-F. I believe there were some advanced, hidden options on this board. Does anyone know the keys for this?

By the way, I will post some screenies and stuff, too. It runs at stock voltage now, and upping the voltage didn't help. Thanks in advance, you guys.

My MSI K8N Neo4-F fails to POST with FSB higher than 220. I have to check for BIOS updates.

Edit: I have the most current version (1.50). I wonder why my board is messed up.

Hmmm... I remember reading about that with the mobo in my sig, but can't help with the one you are talking about specifically. I did a google search and hit an awesome sight about MSI mobos... can't remember what it was right now, but I was looking for beta bios files, if that helps your search at all....

Nice oc and better than most on stock voltage, regardless 🙂

I really meant on stock voltage, I haven't been able to get over 2.4 without some good voltage lovin' on the 3200+ or 3000+ venice that I have had.

I mean, that is still like 675 *free* mhz there! What is you dad doing that he needs that last little bit for, anyway 😛
