My dad's new rig

I'm building a new rig with my dad (he can help 😛). I got the first batch of parts today, and I'm expecting the second (and last) batch Tuesday. Here's the contents (bold indicating I already have it here):

-AMD Athlon64 3000+ Venice
-MSI K8N Neo4-F
-XpertVision nVidia 6600 (softmoddable to GT, I believe)
-TwinMos 2x512 MB (dual-channel kit)
-Case+Powersupply
-Arctic Silencer64 Ultra
-Maxtor 200GB harddrive
-NEC DVD-burner
-Belinea TFT (8ms)

How about it? Also, he might let me overclock it, depending how much difference it'll make for him. He sometimes encodes a movie, so that might help there. This is what's on the chip (it's goddamned small, too):

ADA3000DAA4BP
YBBLE0523EPAW
Q337456FS0106

Is that a good chip?

Nope, he won't let me spend another dime on it.

Say, I believe there was some website that helped you decode the 'writings' on the processor. I decoded the first line, indicating that it is a 3000+ Venice. Does anyone have the link to that site?

Let me take a look on their website.

EDIT: It's this one. It seems to be really good, as it was tested second best by tweakers.net. It came just under the OCZ 520W thingie.
