Fscking thieves. Now what's he going to do?

On another note, who in the fscking hell would steal a 1987 Camry? 😕

I mean WTF? Of all the new lexuses and acuras and sh!t in his apartment complex, they pick his '87 Camry?

It was in very nice condition, but still....

sigh. 🙁

Update: So they found his car. The only thing missing was the stock Toyota alloys. 😕

Otherwise the car is fine. That's great news.

He went out and spent 900$ on new rims and tires, lol.. I hope the people that stole it aren't like, "Oh look, it's back!" and steal it again.

He bought a Club, but they're not really that effective are they?

One of my cars was stolen once. I put an ad in every local newspaper with the description and license plate number along with a $200 dollar reward offering. Next day got a call and found my car unharmed and in one piece.

probably will be used to steal a nicer car.

or rob a bank!

file a missing report NOW

He did, but I doubt he'll ever see it again.. at least in one piece.

older camrys are VERY easy to steal. we had a 1989 camry, IIRC, and newer/older camry keys worked both in the locks and the ignition. this made the camry the #1 stolen car for quite some time.

that sucks 🙁

people are retards... my coworkers car got stolen the other day and he drives a POS too. he had a 1997 dodge somethingorother (some kind of sedan). the car was falling apart, though. once he collects the insurance money, he might even be able to buy a nicer car.

yeah supposedly the club is not really effective, i remember hearing people just sawing through the steering wheel, or using a pipe against the U to break it off.

That sucks. Nice he got it back though, but $900 for wheels and tires on an 87 Camry? 😕

I was wrong, it cost him 200$ to get it out of the yard and for towing. He spent about 600$ on new rims and new tires.. lol

Not that much really.. 150$ per wheel and tire...
